






Game Overview
An all-new RPG with Rogue-Like elements injected into the heart of Hearthstone. Certain Affinity was contracted to help on Blizzard's new Mercenaries DLC, a few of us in Austin assisted Blizzard with technical UI / UX support.My Contributions
We were embedded directly with Blizzard’s Team 5, rapidly iterating on significant features for the new game mode. My work focused on:-
Contributing as part of the UI/UX team, offering features and ideas across the Mercenaries mode.

Implementing front-end and gameplay UI (Prefab setup, UI interaction, art integration, scripting)
for the ability system, card collection inventory, rewards, and after-action screens.

Helping non-technical designers refactor scripts and tools to streamline their workflow.

Identifying and addressing technical debt — either fixing it myself or coordinating with engineers.
Mercenaries GameMode
Tasks: technical scripting, UI / UX implementation
